Rothwell Street - Ascot Vale
We sub-divided a large block in Ascot Vale, building a new home and renovating and extending the existing property. Working with the architects and the owners, the clients were able to occupy their existing home with minimal disruption while we built their new property, saving the cost and hassle of renting. The clients could then move into their new home while we completed work on their existing home. The result is two quality, contemporary homes that work harmoniously.
Reverse modern living
For the new build, capturing the breathtaking city views from an open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs was pivotal to the design. While the final build looks flawless, the unique design made it a complex build. We had to brace the walls and work with the designer to overcome unforeseen complications and reconfigure some design aspects. Despite these challenges, we delivered the luxurious, contemporary new home the clients envisaged, complete with interesting angles, beautiful natural materials and impressive views.
